At Lantern & Veil, every order is carefully prepared and packed with intention. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches or made to order, we strive to balance thoughtful production with timely delivery.

During peak seasons, launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Flat Rate Economy Shipping

We offer simple flat rate economy shipping based on your order subtotal:

  • Orders up to $15.00 — $4.00
  • $15.01 to $50.00 — $6.50
  • $50.01 to $64.99 — $8.00
  • $65.00 and over — FREE Economy Shipping

Economy shipping is the most affordable option and delivery times will vary based on destination.

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
