Information on our rewards program to make the most of the points you earn
How Do I Join?
Joining the Inner Circle is easy — just create an account and start shopping. For a quick boost, click the sign up button above to earn 100 points. You'll automatically earn points (even if not performing any click activity above) on eligible purchases and can redeem them for rewards as they become available.
Where can I see my point balance
You can check your points balance anytime on the Rewards page (the one you are on now), and in your account profile and order history.
Do points expire?
No, your points never expire. You also do not lose tier status simply by redeeming points and falling below the "balance" threshold.
Are rewards combinable with other discounts or promotions?
Rewards can be used with product-level discounts, such as mix-and-match offers, and certain coupon codes (from our newsletters) as well as sale items and subscriptions. They cannot be combined with order-level discounts.
What happens to points if there are order adjustments or returns?
If an order is returned or adjusted, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your balance.
How do reward tiers work?
Our rewards program includes tiered benefits based on points earned. You’ll reach Glow once you earn 3,000 points, and Radiance once you earn 5,000 points.
Tier bonus rewards are sent / added automatically when you reach the specific point threshold.
