Monday - Friday: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
During the summer, we may close one Friday per month. Any closures will be noted on our announcement banner.
Our website remains open for orders 24/7.
Orders placed during closures are processed and shipped in the order received once we return.
When we’re on vacation, details and expected shipping resume dates will always be posted in our announcement banner.
Observed Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Eve & Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving (and the day before)
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Each year, we pause processing starting December 23 and resume on January 2 (or the next business day).
