At Lantern & Veil, we wanted to build a rewards program that was actually worth your time. It needed to be simple, easy to use, and offer rewards that actually matter to people who use our soaps, candles, and home fragrances every day. If you’ve shopped with us before, don't worry—your existing points have already been moved over to the new system. You won't be starting from zero.
How You’ll Earn Points
Most of your points will come from doing what you already do—placing an order. But we also wanted ways for you to build a balance without always having to reach for your wallet.
We also want to make sure you're getting points for things other than just spending money. You can easily earn points by creating an account, following us on social media and letting us know when your birthday is.
Because there are a handful of ways to collect points, most people find their balance hits a reward tier much faster than they expected. It’s just a straightforward way to get more value out of your usual home and bath routine.
Using Your Rewards
Actually using the points is the best part. We kept the tiers clear so you know exactly what you’re working toward. You can use your points as soon as you hit that first $5 mark, or keep saving them up for a bigger discount later on.
500 Points: $5 off your order.
1,000 Points: A $10 gift card.
2,000 Points: $20 off a future order.
We've got more plans for how you can spend these down the road, but for now, you can just grab any of those three rewards and apply them right in your cart when you’re checking out.
Tier Perks
We also set the program up with tiers. Basically, the more you engage with Lantern & Veil, the higher you move. Reaching those higher tiers gets you a bit more—think things like earning points faster or finding surprise gift cards in your inbox. We really just want to make sure that if you’re supporting us often, you’re getting the most value back for it.
Joining the Program
We start tracking your points from the moment you make your first purchase, so if you want to join, you aren't losing anything from a past purchase. Sign up and you can easily see your point balance, tier status and any extra point promotions we might have in store.
